The best way to start is to order a sample of your favorite design. This will allow you see, feel, (smell and taste, if you would like) the invitation suite that you have fallen in love with. By purchasing a Sample, you will receive the digital WDesignGallery Pricing and Policy Guidebook that will walk you through the process, the policies, the options, and the pricing of WDesignGallery invitations and creation of your designs. We know that viewing the sample along with the Pricing and Policy Guidebook will allow you to visualize the design you fell in love with, with your unique colors and information.
When you are ready to move forward, simply message us by clicking the “Contact Us” link above. We will then email you a PayPal request for payment of a $75.00 deposit. Upon payment of the deposit, you will receive an email from WDesignGallery including a digital copy of the WDesignGallery Pricing and Policy Guidebook that contains all color, paper, belly band, add-on pricing and customization options. This email will also include an order form that will help us personalize your invitations.
Simply fill out the editable order form PDF sent to you via email and return it to us when you have it complete so that we can get started on your designs.
Then the magic begins! The design process followed by the proofing process. Up to two emailed proofs are included with your order. If you require additional rounds of proofs, they are $10.00 per additional round and will be added your final balance owed.
After the proofing process, a third and final set of high resolution files will be sent to you for approval before printing. This proof should be carefully viewed and we recommending asking friends and family to take a look as well.
Upon approval of your final files, a PayPal Request For Payment or a PayPal Invoice will be sent and payment is due before your final files are sent to print. Once final payment made, your designs will be sent to print! You will receive tracking information when your order is shipped. Orders will be shipped to the PayPal address on file.
It will take about 3-4 weeks for WDesignGallery to complete the entire process for your invitation suites, from ordering, to designing, to proofing, to printing, to shipping. Orders will not be started until a deposit is paid and until we have received your reply email that will contain answers for the questions we sent after purchasing the deposit as well as all the information we need to complete your designs. If you are placing an order for an add-on piece only (such as ceremony programs or wedding save the dates) this timeline could be cut in half due to the nature of the size of those orders and the number of designs needed to complete the order.
